Flexigel is an amazing product with huge potential. Designed as a result of years of research to absorb impact and reflect it outwards thus protecting the person or objects. It can be manufactured in any shape to provide protection in specific areas, it is fire proof and as the name suggests very flexible and ideal for knee elbow and hip pads.

Currently approved for Special Forces and Fire Brigades for use around Europe and complies with BS EN 1621-2:2003

Flexigel can be manufactured to reduce any impact and designed exactly to the requirements of the project as well as being able to produce in different colour.

We can also encapsulate LED lighting into Flexigel to add a totally different product and ideal for emergency service

Projects we are working on include innersoles for shoes, personal protection pads, equipment protection pads and sport protection pads including motorcycle clothing.
